 By Rinku Gupta

Actor Regina Cassandra is a known fitness freak and sports enthusiast. From surfing on the ECR in Chennai to running in the Himalayas and now biking recently, she is doing it all. But, she is also putting her sports to good use, by affiliating with charitable causes. And she hasnt let the lockdown stop her!

On the eve of her 30th birthday, she took part in the Wild Warrior Himalyan Adventure Race ( WW HAC)  one of the most gruelling and challenging races in India with a 30km race involves a 16km hiking, trail-running section followed by 14km rafting section.
Regina used her training and participation in the race to raise awareness and money for children from underprivileged backgrounds.

She has previously completed the Wild Warrior obstacle race in Bengaluru and was winner of the Wild Warrior Duathlon in 2018 with the fastest time for a female athlete in the 2.5km Run + 20km Bike + 5km Run event.

The latest is her support for another good cause. She travelled on her bike, for 100kms, from Hyderabad to Mehboobnagar with the Aditya Mehta Foundation to raise funds for para athletes

Here is one celeb setting health and  fitness goals in a unique manner. Way to go Regina!
