Yogi Babu commences shoot for Dharma Prabhu

by Rinku Gupta With the craze for Yogi Babu spreading acrosd all centres no matter how small his role, heres good news for fans. In his next film ‘Dharmaprabhu’,  he plays in the lead role.  So fans can now see more of him on screen.  The shooting of this film commenced yesterday in Chennai, where huge set works worth Rs.2 Cr have been erected. “Vetri Vetri Amogha Vetri .Naam Plus One – Amogha Vetri” was the dialogue spoken by Yogi Babu for first shot. The story is set against the fictional backdrops of Yamalokam  and will be full of humour. Yogi Babu will be seen playing the role of son Yama and Radharavi will play father Yama. Ramesh Thilak appears as Chitra Guptan along with several other prominent actors. Muthukumaran (who is already gearing up for the release of his debut film ‘Kanni Rasi’ featuring Vemal and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar ) is directing this film, which is produced by P. Ranganathan for P. Vijay Sethupathy was all praise for director Cheran at the Thirumanam first look and title launch press meet held on Cheran' s birthday. The project of Preniss Films is the next venture of director Cheran  after a long gap. Liking the title Sethupathi said, " The title is traditional sounding and  touches a chord immediately. We all feel like going to this wedding!" Ajith to fulfil Late Sridevi's wish

by Rinku Gupta Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor has started the maiden Tamil venture of his production company Bayview Projects LLP with the official Tamil remake of Pink ( Hindi) The successful film starring Amitabh Bachhan and Taapsee amongst others, was also critically acclaimed. Helming this project will be Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru fame director H.Vinoth. While Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose the music, the rest of the cast and crew will be finalized shortly.
