By Rinku Gupta  Jio Studios announced its entry into Kollywood with its first Tamil film, titled Hey Sinamika at a puja in Chennai today. The film boasts of talented actors  Dulquer Salman (who is riding high on the success of his recent super hit  Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithal) Kajal Aggarwal and Aditi Rao Hydari. The director is none other than leading Southern choreographer Brinda, who  makes her directorial debut with the film.  The shoot commenced in Chennai today. Ace filmmaker K.Bhagyaraj and  Maniratnam directed the first shot while  actors ,Suhasini and Khushbu gave the first clap.

The filmmaker plays a pivotal role in the upcoming film Kannum Kannum kollaiyadithaal which has the South's heartthrob actor Dulquer Salman in the lead. Attracting the inspiring Menon with his script, here is what director Desingh Periyasamy has to share, "Yes Gautham sir is playing an exciting role in our film. I'd been texting sir for about a year and a half, who I thought would be apt for the role. When I lost hope about materializing the idea, GVM asked me to meet him, for a chat. We spoke a lot about life, excluding the story plot, But however, at last, he accepted to do the film. The dream took off into the realms of reality at that point and is now ready to entertain the audience as well”.
