 The Atharvaa-Tanya Ravichandran starrer Trigger hit the screens today.  The film is directed by Sam Anton and produced by Prateek Chakravarty and Shruti Nallappa. Atharvaa plays a cop, who is the son of an ex cop ( Arun Pandian) who has got Alzheimers. Due to a series of events,  Atharvaa lands up in another, secret division, probing the internal affairs of the force, trying to weed out the corrupt cops, with full access to their phones and other infrastructure, thanks to his boss ( Azhagan Perumal). Atharvaa works  as a team  with other agents (Muniskanth, Chinni Jayanth and others).  Tanya takes care of an orphanage and during a visit there with his family, events take a turn and Atharvaa  slowly uncovers a link to the mysterious reason why his father lost his job as a cop and thus unravels a sinister plot of child traficking.   Double Meaning Productions Arun Mozhi Manickam turned  screenwriter with Sibiraj starrer Maayon, has now made a pioneering move of sorts.  The teaser of his film has been packaged with an audio description exclusively for visually challenged individuals. The teaser launched took place this morning in Chennai . Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Elango, who has given the audio description ( AD) said  “The teaser released with an AD is a real boon for visually challenged people. If such a practice is followed with every movie, cinema will find more reach and can be enjoyed by all.   In foreign countries, full-length theatrical movies have been screened with the AD option and even the sound and other technical aspects are being designed in such a way to cater to the needs of visually challenged people.  By Rinku Gupta Tollywood hero Kartikeya Gummakonda is all set to play an NIA officer in debutant Sri Saripalli's direction.  His next movie is to be directed by debutant Sri Saripalli under Ramareddy's Sree Chitra Movie Makers production. The actor recently celebrated his birthday.  Kollywood fame Tanya Ravichandran will play the female lead. Speaking about the film Director Sri Saripalli and  Producer  Ramareddy say, "The concept of the movie is different. Kartikeya will play the role of an NIA officer in it. Enjoying the narration, Kartikeya approved the story as soon as he heard it. We're planning to announce the full details of it very soon."
