By Rinku Gupta After the superhit Kaithi , director Lokesh Kangaraj is busy shooting for Thalapathy 64 . Post  the blockbuster success of Bigil, Thalapathy Vijay headed for New Delhi where the shoot is currently going on. Now the latest entrant to the cast of the film is popular show host, TV personality turned actor,  VJ Ramya Subramanian. The actor,  anchor and fitness buff is currently shooting in the capital along with Vijay and the cast.  Ramya has acted in films like Ok Kanmani and the recent Aadai . Apparently she has been shooting for the last 20 days in the city.  Ramya has described the opportunity as a dream come true to act beside Vijay on screen, being a fan of his and having anchored several audio launches of his movies. She was also deeply impressed by director Lokesh's Maanagaram and the recent Kaithi. The shoot will move to Chennai later. By Rinku Gupta Actor Karthi 's  upcoming Kaithi,  is an action thriller with no heroine as the script is touted to be one that doesnt require a female lead. The film is directed by ( the now Thalapathy 64) director   Lokesh Kanagaraj  of 'Maanagaram' fame.  The makers, SR Prabhu's  Dream Warrior Pictures, officially announced on social media  that their film will hit theatres this  Diwali. With Logesh already having proved himself with Maanagaram, and now the recent excitement around his bagging Vijay's Thalapathy 64 project, Kaithi is bound to create a huge buzz and raise expectations.

The film ia being produced by Vijay's relative, Xavier Britto of XB Film Creators.  The film is slated for an April 2020 release and is going to be a mass commercial entertainer directed by Lokesh Kangaraj.
