 Sibi Sathyaraj, Tanya Ravichandran starring Maayon released on 24th June in theatres. The cast includes KS Ravikunar, Hareesh Peradi, Radha Ravi, Bagavathy Perumal and others.  The film is directed by Kishore N. Sibi plays Arjun, an archeologist who is actually an idol smuggler working for a kingpin played by Hareesh Peradi. They target a centuries old temple for its invaluable treasures. But there is a problem. According to a prevailing legend, there is a hidden danger. If anyone enters the premises after 6pm, they are likely to lose their wits forever due to the power of hidden forces. Local cops too get hot on the gang's  trail while a village supremo  is bent on protecting the age old temple. In such a scenario, does the gang manage to get hold of their nefarious objectives? Master Mahendran plays the villain in this script which is based on love and student politics that takes place in an ancient college of Chennai the The fact that Kathir and Mahendran are actually friends in real life, creates an anticipation in the audience to watch them as arch rivals in the film.
