Rajsekar Pandian on Student Programme of Chennai Rifle Club

 By Rinku Gupta Interest shown by youngsters in Shooting as a sport, has considerably increased after the Chennai Rifle Club's exceptional performance at  the recently concluded 46th State Shooting Championship Competition.  The  performance of actor Ajith kumar who represented the club and won six medals in various category of pistol matches has further drawn attention to the club's activities via social media. Student members of the club too came up with outstanding performances breaking previous  records. Ace film producer and Honorary Secretary  of the club, Rajsekar Pandian, reveals  that this programme is a boon to the students of Chennai, who have an avid interest to learn the shooting sport and excel but did not have access to it. The idea behind the  Students Programme is to break the notion that this sport is not available to general public. The ace director also celebrated his birthday recently.  As the movie recieved rave reviews it was a happy time for the director and his family who had recently also welcomed a newborn in their midst. Now, his wife Gitanjali Selvaraghavan, has shared adorable photos of the entire family together on the occasion of Selva's birthday, and for the first time has revealed adorable  pics of their  little munchkin Rishikesh that are sure to warm your hearts! Brindha Shivakumar recieves Youth Icon Award !

The younger sister of actors Suriya and Karthi , who has started her career with several tracks in films and even launched a video single track, Sengaatula, recently,  recieved an Upcoming Singer, Youth Icon Award, at at event by the Rotary Club in Chennai. What further added to her excitement was the fact that the award was presented to her by the iconic singer LR Eswari. An ecstatic Brindha posted on Insta, "A Very Happy Women's Day ! It was a very special evening for me ,to get an Upcoming Singer Award  from the Great Legend L.R.Eshwari Amma by the Rotary Club of Madras Central!" Congratulations  on your award Brindha!
