 Director Arivazhagan and actor Aadhi Pinisetty return with music director S Thaman, after a long gap post Eeram, for this supernatural thriller, Sabdham, in  Tamil and Telugu. Ruban ( Aadhi) is a paranormal investigator looking into the mystery  of several deaths in a medical college. Ruban's investigations lead to a link with medical house surgeon Avanthika ( Lakshmi Menon). What is reason behind these deaths? What does Ruban discover? The film adds a technical touch with Ruban using hi tech sound instruments for his investigations, relying mainly on sounds, hence the link to the title. There is enough of suspense to keep the viewer guessing and Thaman's bgm works in building up a crescendo of chills and intrigue.
