Movie Review:Dandupalayam

 A dangerous criminal gang of several men and few women, wreaks havoc in areas in Karnataka, murdering and looting innocent householders for money and jewellery. They have the blessings of politicos and commit crimes with impunity and so are difficult to nab. But one day they are caught and jailed and even sentenced to death. However, soon news spreads of  another gang which has similar modus operandi and replaces them, proving to be another mystery for cops to solve. A journalist is following up closely on the case and she comes up with surprising findings. As the killings go on unabated, a  special officer  ( Tiger Venkaat) is assigned  to the case. He hatches a plan to nab the dangerous,  slippery  criminals. Does he succeed? Is justice served?    Shruti Haasan, the talented musician, stage singer, and acclaimed actress recently performed on stage, singing and dancing to the hit songs of her father, the iconic emblem of the Indian film industry - Kamal Haasan, at the music launch event of 'Indian 2'. Shruti Haasan captivated the audience with her rendition of her father's popular songs and her performance with her music band lit up the star studded audio launch even further. She also shared a video on her Instagram page to share the moment with her followers.  Arundhavam , the son of a flower agriculturist in Dindigul area, comes first in the district. He aspires to be a doctor. His parents ( Vidaarth and Vani Bhojan) are thrilled.  A big college owner wants him to join his college but Sarkar ( Vidaart) his father refuses, as his son prefers to study locally. Despite not having the means for the costly studies,  he sells his land and puts his son in a costly Neet coaching centre to let him prepare for the Neet exam. But things get more difficult.  To their utter shock ,after filling  the online forms for a TN exam centre,  they find that  the exam centre allotted to them is  all the way in Jaipur, which they have to reach in 3 days.  After an extremely tough train journey in an over ocuppied coach, and after train delays, with no sleep and proper food,  the duo land in Jaipur. This is the 4th instalment in the Bad Boys franchise and is a sequel to Bad Boys for Life (2020). Bad Boys (1995), a cop action comedy, paved way for Bad Boys 2 (2003). While the first 2 films of this famous franchise were directed by Michael Bay, the 3rd was directed by Adil and Bilall. This 4th one has also been directed by the same duo.  Indian fans can rejoice as the film releases in India a day early, on 6th June.
