 Kingston ( GV Prakash) lives in a tiny fishing hamlet, which has been affected by a curse due to which anyone who steps into the sea for fishing returns as a corspse. One day, deeply affected by the death of a young lad in the village, Kingston is determined to find out the reason and mystery of the cursed sea and to solve it even at the cost of his life so that the village can flourish again. With his close friends Kingston sets out into the sea in his boat one stormy night.  What happens therafter is a hair -raising series of events mid sea. What happens to Kingston and his friends? Is the curse lifted? The first half sets the backstory of the characters while the  second half carries the fantasy horror aspect of the story towards a most gripping, chilling and engrossing  climax sequence.
