 Hostel, the Ashok Selvan starrer directed by Sumanth Radhakrishnan releases this week, co-starring Priya Bhavani Shankar, Ravi Mariya, Sathish, Nasser,Munishkanth and a host of others. It is a remake of a Malayalam film and set in a boys hostel. Ashok Selvan plays Kathir, a  student beset by loan problems who is offered a payment of his debt by Athrishtalaxmi ( Priya) who in return wants him to take her into the boys hostel he resides in. When this happens, there is chaos all around as strict warden Father Kuriakose ( Nasser) and his man Friday Saathappan (Munishkanth) are on a hunt to find out whether a girl is inside the hostel.  A cat and mouse game ensues as the pursuit gets hot and the the two youngsters try their best not to get caught, aided by friends.  Throw in a ghost with a past history, who falls in love with Saathappan who wants to escape her, and there is total mayhem. Hot on the heels of Athrishtalaxmi, is her loan shark father, played by Ravi Mariya....

Prime Video today unveiled the trailer of Arun Matheswaran’s upcoming Tamil revenge action-drama, Saani Kaayidham. Produced under the banner of Screen Scene Media, the film stars Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan in the lead roles. Saani Kaayidham will premiere exclusively on Prime Video starting 6 May, and will also be available as Chinni in Telugu and as Saani Kaayidham in Malayalam across 240 countries and territories.  The story follows a heart-wrenching journey of Ponni (Keerthy Suresh) who works as a constable and lives with her five-year-old daughter Dhanna and her husband Maari, who works as a coolie in a rice mill. In one unfortunate night, she loses everything.
