MPME, A MOVIE ON A SOCIAL ISSUE

by Rinku Gupta Marainthirunthu Parkum Marman Enna ( MPME) directed by R Rahesh and produced by Madhiazhagan,   is a film on a social cause, dealing with events around the crime of   chain snatching. The film stars Dhruva, Aishwarya Dutta, Anjana Prem, Manobala, Saranya, Radha Ravi and JD Chakravarthi. The music is by Achu. At a press meet held recently, the team members revealed that the director has researched the topic well and put his actors through training before going for shoot.   Hero Dhruva whose last release was Kadhal Kasakuthuaiya   said, “When you see the film you will notice the superb work of music director Achu, editor San Lokesh, camerawork PG Muthiah and director Rahesh. Only then comes the actors contribution.”  This film has two heroines, Anjana Prem who is in Japan and Aishwarya Dutta who was inside the Bigg Boss house and so neither could attend the press meet. ONLY VIJAY SETHUPATHI COULD PLAY JUNGA - DIRECTOR GOKUL

by Rinku Gupta The Junga media meet was a glittering star studded affair with the stellar cast of the film present on the occasion. The event was marked by a cake cutting ceremony to celebrate the 60 th birthday of actor and producer Arun Pandian, who is co-producing  the film along with Vijay Sethupathi.                                                                             The   guests consisted of heroine Madonna Sebastien, director Gokul, actors Saranya Ponvannan, Suresh Menon and music director Siddharth Vipin. Vijay Sethupathi said, “Director Gokul and I are in synch mentally so we were able to work perfectly together. “ The film is about a miserly don who lands up in Paris due to circumstances. Sayyessha and Yogi Babu make up the cast. The film was shot extensively in France at the famed Chateau de Chambord and in other countries like Azerbaijan where an  important chase and action scene was shot.
