By Rinku Gupta The Sibiraj-Nandita - Pooja Kumar starrer “Kabadadaari”,  commenced shoot this morning in Chennai with a formal pooja ceremony. The occasion witnessed the presence of the film’s star-cast including Sibiraj and others along with technical team. Veteran actor Sivakumar switched on the camera for the first shot.  Filmmaker Sasi, Diya Movies producer B. Pradeep (of Kolaigaran fame), producer Kamal Bohra, producer Dr. Prabhu Thilak and director Anbu of Sibiraj’s ‘Walter’ fame were also present for the occasion. Directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy (Sathya, Saithan ) and produced by Lalitha Dhananjayan for Creative Entertainers and Distributors, the film also has Nasser, Jayaprakash, J Satish Kumar and  more actors in the star-cast. The technical crew includes Simon K King (Music), Rasamathi (Cinematography), Praveen KL (Editor), Videsh (Art), M. Hemanth Rao (Story), John Mahendran & Dr. G. This time, they will collaborate with leading financier Kamal Bohra under the name of production house Infiniti Film Ventures. Vijay Antony will play the lead in their maiden joint venture directed by popular director and cameraman Vijay Milton. Currently, talks are going on with  leading  artistes and technicians to be a part of this film. The producers have affirmed that the film will go on floors from October 2019 and will be shot in a single stretch across the exquisite locales of  Goa, Diu and Daman. Lalitha Dhananjayan, S. Vikram Kumar, B. Pradeep Kumar and Kamal Bohra are producing this film for Infiniti Film Ventures.

Nasser and Bagavathy Perumal play cops. A psychological crime thriller, Andrew has borrowed the basic knot from The Devotion of Suspect X and has skillfully added elements to suit local sensibilities. The story revolves around a murder which grabs cop Karthikeyan's( Arjun) attention. He zeroes in on suspects Dharini ( Ashima Narwal) and her mother (Seetha) and his investigations lead him to their neighbour Prabhakaran ( Vijay Antony). by Rinku Gupta Action King Arjun completed  his portion for the shooting of Kolaigaran.  The moment was celebrated on the location by the team with the cutting of a cake.  The film stars Vijay Antony and is directed by Andrew Louis ( of Leelai fame). Arjun was part of the Vishal starrer Irumbu Thirai in a negative role which received a stupendous response and was a big plus for the film. His presence in Kolaigaran is bound to raise expectstions from the film. Further, director Andrew Louis returns to the screen after a long hiatus with this film.
