The film launch began with a grand  muhurat puja on January 15th at Hyderabad. The venue was abuzz with the presence of the 2 Pan -Indian stars, Baahubali Prabhas and KGF fame Yash who was one of the chief guests at the function.  Their easy camaraderie of the 2 mega stars was seen all through the event.   Ever since the makers, Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films and Prashanth Neel  announced this huge action film, there has been a lot of excitement amongst fans especially since Prabhas  will be seen playing a violent character, something which fans have not seen before.   Apparently, Prabhas  will be seen in an extremely bulked- up avatar.  Talking about  the film, Prabhas said, "I'm really excited to start the shoot and reveal my look to the fans." The star revealed the first poster of his next project on social media,  creating a huge buzz.  Prabhas teams up with Vijay Kirangadur of HombaleFilms, the producers of the pan Indian blockbuster KGF 1 and 2, and the film's hit  director Prashant Neel.  The trio have come together for a multi-lingual release, titled Salaar. Prabhas is said to be unleashing his dark side for this huge action saga. The makers Hombale Films have released Adheera's first look poster today on Dutt's birthday. Bollywood actor, Raveena Tandon has now joined the shoot of the film directed by Prashanth Neel. With this,  she returns to Kannada cinema after a long gap post the film Upendra. The shooting is on at Mysuru in Karnataka. Raveena had heard the script from Prashanth  before she watched KGF and was mighty impressed by his edgy approach.
