Movie Review: Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One

In Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team embark on their most dangerous mission yet: To track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity before it falls into the wrong hands. With control of the future and the fate of the world at stake, and dark forces from Ethan's past closing in, a deadly race around the globe begins. Confronted by a mysterious, all-powerful enemy, Ethan is forced to consider that nothing can matter more than his mission – not even the lives of those he cares about most!

The movie is just one heady cocktail of larger than life  action in breathtaking locales, one adventure ride after another,  a high of emotions, intrigue, suspense and witty humor.

A superb cast, led by the inimitable Tom Cruise, keeps you hooked every minute of the way.

The suspense is gripping and the ideas explored are on synch with what's happening in the world around us especially in the sphere of Artificial Intelligence, so,  bound to strike a chord with the present generation as well.

Best watched on the large screens like Imax, the film lends itself to an outing for family audiences. For Tom Cruise fans and fans of the franchise, you will not be disappointed.

A not -to- be- missed adventure ride.

On Sept. 6, 2020-the 1st t day of principal photography on Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, Tom Cruise was seen riding on a motorbike off a mountain, more specifically on a custom-made Honda CRF 250 off a purpose-built ramp on the side of Norway’s Helsetkopen Mountain, a vertiginous rock face sat some 1,200 meters above sea level. Then he plunged 4,000 feet into the ravine below before opening his parachute barely 500 feet from the ground, after rehearsing for a year in the UK during pre-production, by the time the cameras rolled he’d completed over 500 skydives and 13,000 motocross jumps in readiness to prepare for the most dangerous stunt he has ever completed on screen.

Tom Cruise is all set to shine and sizzle on the silver screen once again and take the global box office by storm with his next massive outing - Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1, one of 2023's most anticipated releases!

‘I think one of the reasons why Mission is such a love of my life is the training & it is my 3rd collaboration with Tom Cruise!’ says his co-star, Rebecca Ferguson who plays a MI6 Agent

‘The film has been one of the most talked about action adventures especially for the motorbike base jumping stunts! In many ways these monumental moments on film have been lifetimes in the making. Tom and I have been working together now for 16 years on what I think is close to a dozen films!’ says Christopher McQuarrie, the director!

"I see him (Tom Cruise) as an agent of change who has completely trusted that technology is superior to Man!" Esai Morales who plays the villain
