Speaking om the occasion, Jyotika said, " This film is special for me since my brother Suraj Sadanah turns producer with his Paralell Minds banner. The movie was embroiled in several issues and even  till last night shows in US had been reported cancelled despite the fixing of Nov 29th as release date.     Gautham menon arrives at Rohini silverscreen to view ENPT show with public But now all is well it would seem. Director Gireesaaya's Adithya Varma , which marks the debut of actor Vikram's son, Dhruv Vikram, as a hero in Tamil cinema, has received a  heartwarming and tremendous response from audiences. The film, which released on November 22, took a grand opening and is running to full houses. Athiyin Athirai has used several experiences from his own life in the film, is what the director revealed at the recent audio launch " I struggled a lot working in an iron workshop,  which usually has  deadly repurcussions on the health of workers. Its a very tough life. Many of those experiences are imbibed in this film.  It was Ranjith who gave me the encouragement to direct this film and I am really grateful to him for taking me under his wing," said an emotional Athiyan.   Dinesh plays a lorry driver in the film.
