 By Rinku Gupta The shoot of Mahat -Aishwarya Dutta starrer Kettavanu Per Yedutha Nallavanda  has resumed and is proceeding at brisk pace. But the buzz on sets is around the character of none other than Yogi Babu. The comedian is trying a different get up this time,  that of  Johnny Depp's iconic  Black Sparrow in Hollywood. Yogi Babu plays a pirate in a treasure hunt, hence this get up which is bound to create an interest in audiences.  There is reportedly a  scene in which a  bear that pounces upon the characters inside a resort. While most of them get mauled by this dangerous creature, it develops a soft corner towards Black Sparrow that will leave viewers in splits says a source.  The Mahat-Aishwarya-Yogi Babu trio along with an eye candy role by Sakshi Agarwal will leave the audiences in laughter fest.  Directed by Prabhu Ram C, the announcements regarding the audio, trailer and worldwide theatrical release will be made soon.

She has not yet got all the old posts back but has been able to put up a new post. By Rinku Gupta Heroine Varalaxmi Sarathkumar's Instagram and Twitter accounts have been hacked.  The actor has approached professional help to sort out the matter. As of now  both accounts are deactivated till the issue is resolved. The actor made the discovery on the night of December 2nd. Ever since, she has not been able to access her accounts.  In her press statement, she has revealed however, that help is at hand, Varu says, " I am in touch with the teams from the apps to recover my accounts as soon as possible but this might take a few days." In the meantime, she has cautioned fans and friends and asked them to be wary of messages.  Says Varu, "I would like to inform my followers to please beware of any messages they might receive on my behalf from Instagram or Twitter in the next few days." Recently the shoot moved to Pollachi for the final schedule where the entire cast including Arya and Raashi Khanna were present. There is a buzz around the  climax fight scene which took place in a huge set for the film .  For this film, a majestic and huge palace set was made by art director Gururaj, at a cost of 2 crore at the EVP Film City, Chenna which  features a grand  fight sequence. This climactic fight scene for which Stunt Director Peter Hein co-ordinated with Sundar C, was filmed there for 11 days.  So far,  Sundar C's film Action, with Vishal and Tamannaah , had hi octane stunts. Major portions of this film have lots of Computer-generated Graphic works, which have been processed with 450 CG artists. Bhanu Sree is playing the female lead rand Dev Gill (Magadheera, Vijay’s Sura fame) alongside Rahul Dev (Vedalam) are appearing as the baddies. The articles suggested he had married his niece ( a regional tradition prevalent in some sections of society).  by Rinku Gupta  Leading Digital Service Provider ( DSP) Qube Cinemas, is going all out to help revive the industry reeling under the aftermath of the lockdown. In a major move to help producers plan releases for the festive season ahead, Qube has extended a 100% waiver of Virtual Print Fee (VPF) for new movie releases in December, to support Producers and Exhibitors in the Hindi and Non- South markets. For January, there will be a 60% waiver. It maybe recalled that  In Kollywood, after a stalemate over the waiver issue between the industry and the DSP , finally Qube had recently signed an agreement with the Tamil Film Active Producers  Association (TFAPA)   led by Bharathi Raja. Two schedules of the hit franchise film,  have been completed.  Now along with the cast and crew, he has landed in Pollachi to complete the final leg of the shoot.  The shooting of the third schedule has begun and the entire team is touted to be present for this part. The highlight is its non-linear narrative of events leading up to, and after, a deadly shootout.   It is  narrated   from two perspectives, one that of a female cop investigating a deadly shootout and the other of a survivor searching for his missing girlfriend. But there was a deadlock between producers, exhibitors and leading Digital Service Provider, Qube Cinemas, over Virual Print Fees (VPF), which was deemed too high in the present post lockdown era. This tussle was a deterrent for  new releases.  The good news is that in the best interests of the industry at large, the issue has however now been resolved.  An agreement has been reached between all  parties concerned. This means that new films can now be released with greater fiscal ease, for an already cash-strapped industry reeling under financial budens due to the lockdown.
