The biopic based on the life of ace Cricketer from Sri Lanka, Muthiah Murlidharan brings out the various phases in his life, right from his childhood to his growing years and his entry into cricket.

How his family supported him and his rise to the top, overcoming several obstacles along the way,  is what the film attempts to bring out.

The lead actor Madhur Mittal, has delivered a convincing performance, bringing to life the emotions , ambitions, fears and convictions of the character.

The screenplay moves along at a steady pace, giving a view of the cricketers life, his various matches ( interestingly shown), his life lessons, inner conflicts and his growth as an individual and cricketer.

Mahima Nambiar plays his wife and does justice to her role.

A good supporting cast adds value to the film.

Ghibrans music aptly adds to the film. The camera and edit departments do justice to the director's vision.

The film overall makes for an intertesting watch.
