 Jackson, Kutty, Murali, Krishnan ( Indrans) from Kerala,  have dedicated their lives to protect people who are targetted by a corrupt system, resorting to violence many a time.  One time, they are used as pawns in the game of the Chief Minister, by a violent act that lands them in a fight for their own lives. Vetrivel Kumaran ( Arya) a freedom fighter from Sri Lanka, crosses paths with them in the course of things and together they end up fighting a corrupt, exploitative system that puts their lives in danger. Who is the force behind all the dangers they fund themselves in? The film aims to showcase a period of political turmoil and violence, but manages to do so in a rather dated manner, which doesnt really engage the viewer many a time. There are torture scenes and gory violence which are tough to watch and which also seem added for effect.
