The music and preview launch of the film 'IPL (Indian Penal Law)', produced by GR Madhan Kumar under the direction of Karunanidhi and starring Kishore - TTF Vasan, Abhirami, and Kushita, was held in Chennai. 'IPL - Indian Penal Law' stars Kishore, TTF Vasan, Kushita, Abhirami, Singam Puli, Harish Peradi, 'Aadukalam' Narain, John Vijay, Bose Venkat, Thileepan, Janani and many others. S. Pichu Mani has handled the cinematography and Ashwin Vinayagamoorthy has composed the music for this film. The film, which is being made as a thriller, is produced by GR Madhan Kumar under the banner of Radha Film International.
