Movie Review : Raja Bheema
Raja Bheema revolves around the deep bond that develops between a young boy Raja (Arav) and an Elephant called Bheema and the lengths Raja goes to protect this bond.
Raja develops an affinity for pachyderms from childhood and when he runs into an agitated elephant near his school one day, a deep bond gets forged between the duo, thanks to Raja's inherent empathy for and understanding of Bheema's pain.
As the duo grow up, so does their deep friendship and as adults they come together to protect wildlife from poachers in the area.
But things take a turn when a greedy politico hatches a plot to harm Bheema for personal gain and power. Does Raja manage to save his friend?
Bigg Boss Arav, as Raja fits the role to a T and delivers a fine act as the youth with an instinctive bond with animals. The scenes with Bheema strike a touching chord.
K S Ravikumar as the politico delivers the goods as usual though Yogi Babu makes just a passing presence. Oviya and Yashika do their bit.
A touching story highlighting the beauty of Nature's maginificent creations and the significance of man-animal bonding in an increasingly materialistic world.
