Rakul Preet aces the ' new normal' lockdown challenges in style !

By Rinku Gupta

Living out of a suitcase is nothing new for the Indian 2 actor Rakul Preet Singh. However, given the rise in cases, travelling during the covid pandemic despite  full precautions, can be quite stressful to say the least.

But the actor seems to have undertaken this challenging journey, in order to visit her parents, after several months in
Lockdown at her Mumbai apartment.

Along with her brother Amanpreet, (who is entering the Telugu industry) Rakul was spotted at Mumbai airport. Rakul was leaving for her home town New Delhi, where her parents live, as she admittedly had missed them a lot during the lockdown.

The actor who is often spotted in casual but chic airport looks, shuttling between Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad,  was seen in a totally different avatar this time.

The bro-sis duo were covered in PPE gear complete with gloves, visors, masks,  body suits and shoe covers, to undertake their plane journey. Surprised at spotting paps at the airport, Rakul was astonished that they could recognise her despite being covered in protection gear from top to toe!

Later, in the comfort of her home in Delhi, Rakul undertook a new challenge, given the social distancing norms, of shooting for a magazine cover all by herself, without the presence of a crew.
She tweeted" Took up a real challenge this lockdown and made this cover come to life in my own house! One thing's for sure, it was fun @exhibitmagazine & the interview in the "new normal" way was super with @ramesh_somani .On digital stands now"

The mag team congratulated her, "Lights.Camera. Shoot.
But at the comfort of home. @Rakulpreet went all out to try something new this lockdown, when she successfully and beautifully shot the one-of-its-kind cover with the new revolutionary foldable Motorola Razr!

Rakul who looked quite refreshed despite the tension of the journey replied, "Phew! It wasn’t easy but fun for sure 😃".

Here is one gal who sure knows to ace her challenges with style!
