AGS Entertainment Network Managing Director Archana Kalpathi appointed as member of the State Committee for the Selection of Temple Trustees


Archana Kalpathi thanks the Chief Minister, the Minister of Charities and others



Ms. Archana Kalpathi, Managing Director, AGS Entertainment Network, has been appointed as a member of the committee that will select eligible applicants and prepare and submit a list of names for the appointment of non-hereditary trustees for temples maintained by the Hindu Religious Endowments Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu.


Following this appointment, Archana Kalpathi expressed her gratitude to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. S. Joseph Vijay, Hon'ble Minister for Hindu Religious Endowments, Mr. S. Ramesh, Commissioner of Hindu Religious Endowments, Mr. J. Kumaragurubaran IAS and others.


Speaking about this, Archana Kalpathi said: “I consider this appointment as an important responsibility that has been bestowed upon me. The temples of Tamil Nadu are important symbols of our heritage, culture and life. It gives me immense joy and pride to have the opportunity to contribute to their excellence.


I express my heartfelt gratitude to all those including the Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, the Honorable Minister of Hindu Religious Endowments, and the Commissioner of Hindu Religious Endowments for entrusting me with this responsibility.


"I will fulfill this responsibility given to me with full dedication, honesty and sense of responsibility. I am confident that with the grace of God and the cooperation of everyone, I will be able to fulfill this task well," he said.


Archana Kalpathi has been playing a key role in the growth of AGS Group companies for the past 16 years, including theaters, film distribution, and production. It is noteworthy that she is deeply involved in spirituality. It is noteworthy that she has served temples and charitable works.



His educational qualifications are: BE Computer Science, Guindy College of Engineering, Anna University; MS Computer Science, State University of New York, Buffalo; MS Wealth Management, SMU, Swiss Institute of Finance, Yale.
