On the eve of her 30th birthday, she took part in the Wild Warrior Himalyan Adventure Race ( WW HAC)  one of the most gruelling and challenging races in India with a 30km race involves a 16km hiking, trail-running section followed by 14km rafting section.  Regina used her training and participation in the race to raise awareness and money for children from underprivileged backgrounds. She has previously completed the Wild Warrior obstacle race in Bengaluru and was winner of the Wild Warrior Duathlon in 2018 with the fastest time for a female athlete in the 2.5km Run + 20km Bike + 5km Run event.  By Rinku Gupta The latest buzz is around the teaming up of a fab team of actors and a director.  Lady Superstar Nayanthara has been cast opposite Mollywood's powerhouse performer Fahadh Faasil for a film. . Titled, Paattu, the film will be directed by the hit filmmaker Alphonse Putheran who debuted with Neram ( Tamil -Malayalam) and  became a household name after the blockbuster Malayalam film Premam ( Nivin Pauly, Sai Pallavi).  Although Putheran had announced the making of the film with Fahadh, a few months ago,  only now the heroine's name has been officially announced. The pairing is already creating excitement amongst fans. Actor Dhanush  will be part of Netflix's most ambitious international Hollywood project, The Gray Man, starring Ryan Gosliing and Chris Evans.  The film is to be directed by the iconic Hollywood Joe and Anthony Russo, of Avengers Captain America fame. The film is an action thriller based on Mark Greaney's 2009 novel of the same name, based on a freelance assasin and a CIA operative. Netflix sent fans into a tizzy as they announced on Twitter, "THE GRAY MAN cast just got even better.  Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura, Dhanush, and Julia Butters will join Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, and Ana de Armas in the upcoming action thriller from directors Anthony and Joe Russo."  By Rinku Gupta Ashok Selvan and  Priya Bhavani Shankar are now  paired together for a film produced by Trident Arts R Ravindran.  R Ravindran, who has produced and distributed several hit films, is now in the process of producing a film on behalf of his production House Trident Arts.  Tentatively titled 'Production No 8', the film is being directed by Sumanth Radhakrishnan. He has earlier directed the film Sathuram2. 'Production No 8'  will also feature Nasser, Munishkanth, Kalakka Povathu Yaaru fame Yogi and  Ravi Maria. On the technical side, the film will have  Praveen handling the camera and Bobo Sashi scoring the music. Editing will be by Rahul and art direction  by Durairaj.

 by Rinku Gupta Close on the heels of his birthday yesterday,  12th December, Superstar Rajinikanth has departed for Hyderabad today.  He will be joining the cast  of Siruthai Siva's Annaatthe.  The shoot  re-commences on December 15th, after a long break due to the lockdown. The film, produced by Sun Pictures, stars Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Meena, Khushboo, Prakash Raj, Soori and Satish amongst others. Director Badri Venkatesh and Positive Print Studios LLP are collaborating for the second time for this action thriller.   Director Badri Venkatesh says, “Although the film is an out and out action thriller, it has lots of importance for the female lead as well. Soon after completing the script, I felt Sri Divya will be perfect for the character.
