“It is a great honor for me to stand here. Yash sir is an icon that I admire a lot. First I got the opportunity to write a song for the film. Then I got the opportunity for another song. In total, I have written three songs for the film.

Yash sir has fans all over India, in every nook and corner. I hope his fame will reach even bigger worldwide with the movie Toxic.

Venkat sir faced various challenges and struggles while making our honorable Chief Minister Vijay sir's film Jananayagan. He was very determined even when the film was leaked online. I am sure that the people of Tamil Nadu will always be with you.

Geethu Mohandas ma'am is like a family friend to me. The courage and bravery you had in making this film is immense. I wish this film a huge success. Thank you.

Actor Sudev Nair spoke...

“I was last in Tamil Nadu for the series ‘Kaattan’. It was my favorite work. Acting with Vijay Sethupathi sir was unforgettable. Now I am back here for my favorite Yash sir. I see myself before ‘Toxic’ and the me I will be after ‘Toxic’. I have learned a lot from the star cast of this film. Yash sir is the most inspiring person I have ever seen.” This film will be a new experience for everyone, thank you.

Actress Rukmini Vasanth spoke...

“Hello Chennai! ‘Toxic’ is a very special film for me. Yash sir, you are an inspiration to many. I am one of them. My journey from being your fan to now being your co-star is truly special. Geethu Mohandas madam, you have the courage to make such a film. Thank you so much for the love and support from Tamil fans.”

Actress Huma Qureshi spoke...

“I have come to Chennai after a long time. Coming here is always very special for me. Wherever I go, many people call me 'Kannamma'. 'Toxic' is a very important part of my life. I have spent my time on this film for the last three years.

When Geethu Mohandas Madam approached me to act in this film, she didn't say much about the character. She just said, 'Trust me'. She has delivered a stunning performance, just as she said. There were many ups and downs in the journey of this film. But KVN Productions has crafted the film very beautifully.

Kiara Advani's hard work for this film is extraordinary. She worked for this film even during her pregnancy. There are stars, there are superstars. But there is only one 'rocking star'; that is Yash sir. He is taking the film industry to global heights.

I am so excited and proud to be a part of this magnificent creation. Thank you all.

Actress Kiara Advani spoke...

“This is my first time coming to Chennai. I am very touched by the welcome you all have given me. We started working on this film two years ago. We also celebrated Venkat sir’s birthday then. Now, there are only two days left for the film to release. Happy birthday to producer Venkat sir!

I would like to thank our cinematographer, music director and all the technicians who worked hard for this film. Lady Superstar Nayanthara is a great actress. More importantly, she is a wonderful human being. All my co-stars who have acted with me are amazing in their talent.

We are all here because of one woman's dream and vision. That is Geetu Mohandas Madam. Indian cinema will remember your name forever.

"After the release of 'Toxic', Yash sir is going to take Indian cinema to global heights. This film will be a new experience for the fans, thank you."

Director Geethu Mohandas spoke..,

“I started my film journey when I was 4 years old. Today I stand here. When I finished my first film, no one believed that I could direct a second film. The same situation continued again. But now Yash sir, the biggest star of India, has believed in me and said, 'You do this.'

Yash sir showed me many mass and commercial films including 'Padaiyaappa' as references. 'Toxic' is going to be Yash's 2.0 version. Thank you all. “

Producer KVN Productions Venkat Narayanan said...

“Thank you very much to everyone who made 'Jananayakan' a blockbuster success. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Thalapathy Vijay sir's fans who supported me during my difficult times.

Vijay sir had said that this would be his last film in cinema. But I feel very empty that Vijay sir is not on screen at the moment. Therefore, I once again request him to come back on screen.

'Toxic' will be a film that will create a new path. Geethu Mohandas has made the film wonderfully. This film will be a completely different experience. Nayanthara has a unique aura. Her character is enough to create a huge mass on screen. Kiara Advani, Rukmini Vasanth, Huma Qureshi and everyone who worked on the film have given an incredible contribution.

Yash sir has played various roles in this film. You are truly incredible sir; you are an inspiration to everyone. Every film that releases in your film journey will be a milestone.

“Toxic is a completely different world. We welcome you all to the world of Toxic. Thank you.”

Actor Yash spoke...

“Tamil people, you have always given me immense love. The love you gave me when I acted in the film 'KGF' was immense. You welcomed me with love then. I bow to the Tamil people.

When the movie 'Jananayakan' was leaked online, it was a very painful moment for the producer. But even then, the love you showed was without any expectations. The love you show to Vijay sir is the same.

You approach cinema in a very good way. 'Toxic' is a film about passion and emotions. It is a completely different world. This film will be a great treat for you.

Cinema is not just divided into Kannada, Tamil or Telugu. It is Indian cinema. In that sense, this film will give you all a new experience, thank you to everyone.

The film stars Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi in pivotal roles alongside rocking star Yash. The relationships and conflicts that develop around each character are expected to be the defining features that set 'Toxic' apart from the usual gangster films.

Director Geethu Mohandas has created a dark, dense and grandiose world for 'Toxic' through her unique visuals and storytelling. The trailer reveals that the film is set to deliver a grand on-screen experience, with action sequences, grand art direction, eye-catching cinematography and multi-layered characters.

'Toxic', which was shot simultaneously in English and Kannada, is being dubbed and released in languages including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam. This is expected to make the film a huge hit across India, beyond Yash's fan base.

The film 'Toxic', co-produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, will be released in theaters worldwide on August 26, 2026.
