 The Munishkanth , Kaali Venkat, Hari, Mime Gopi starrer Kaadapuraa Kalaikuzhu hit screens on July 7th, directed by debutant Raja Gurusamy. The film is set in a small village in TN. Munishkanth,  plays a folk dancer, a bachelor with a heart of gold and Kaali Venkat is his long time friend and part of his musical troupe, hence the title.  The duo believe in keeping folk traditions alive without adapting to modern ways, no matter how big the money offers that come their way. But their happy life turns topsy turvy when one of his troupe members, a foster son he adopted, played by Hari, falls in love. The girl's father is against the match and his wrath takes a dangerous turn when he allies with a corrupt  politico ( Mime Gopi) to eliminate the problem. On another front,  Munishkanth earns the wrath of a group of village rowdies when they harass a girl from the troupe, who now seek revenge. Tension builds up and just when things are going right,  danger looms ...

 Actor Krishna, Sharanya R , Krithika , KR Vijaya, Manobala, Kasturi, Anandraj, starrer Rayar Parambarai hits theatres on July 7th. The film is a comedy set in a small town where Anandraj is a proud man who is determined that his only daughter should not have a love marriage like his sister. He tries to prevent it at any cost using his manpower and thugs.  But despite his efforts,  his daughter falls in love with a young music teacher ( Krishna), who on the face of it, is also flirting with 2 other girls. Motta Rajendran plays an activist who is against love marriages. In such a scenario what happens to the lovers?  The film is a loud comedy,  which gives feel of an 80's film in its making and comedy .  The Nataraj Subramanian aka Natty, Vidya Pradeep, Jeeva Ravi, Muniskanth starrer Infinity, directed by Sai Karthik, hits theatres on July 7th. When a series of killings take place,  from a young girl, to a writer and even a cop, a CBI officer  ( Natty) is called to unravel the case. His investigation takes him in circles and the plot gets thicker with not much hope of a solution. A mysterious caller adds to the suspense.  But as things get worse, a ray of hope emerges. Who is the killer and what was their  motive? Does justice prevail? Or is there more than what meets the eye? ( The film ends with a promise of a sequel..) Natty plays the officer in his usual confident style, with energy and panache. He brings the much needed dynamism to an otherwise rambling screenplay that takes a long route to get to the truth.
