The film’s title poster showed Nani  in a back pose without revealing his look. On  Christmas, the first look poster was released. Nani appears in a formal outfit, though his body language and actions are contrary to his appearance. He looks intense here holding a menacing knife in his hand. One can see Nani’s class as well as mass acts in a single frame. With the first look, the makers have also announced to release the film in April 2021. This is second film together for Nani with director Shiva Nirvana after the blockbuster Ninnu Kori and the first look poster of Tuck Jagadish indicates it’s another fascinating film in their combo. R.K.Entertainment C.Ramesh Kumar produces and R.Srinivasa Rao directs, the film which aims to showcase another dimension of Santhanam's acting,  as it revolves around a  Father - Son sentiment, with a political twist.    The film is being shot in Kumbakonam. Some sequences in will be in Trichy, Srirangam and Chennai. The director Srinivasa Rao has already worked as assistant director to Arivazhagan and has directed many ad films.  by Rinku Gupta Rajinikanth's Annaatthe ongoing shoot in Hyderabad has been halted. Producers Sun Pictures announced that during a routine check up, 4 crew members tested Covid positive. Keeping health concerns in mind, shoot has now been postponed. Superstar is said to have tested negative according to Sun Pictures tweet. Keerthy Suresh and Nayanthara had also been part of the final schedule which Rajini wanted to wrap up in one go before heading to his political journey, announcing the party name on 31st December. Looks like things have been thrown out of gear.  Rajini is said to be at his hotel at the moment and has not yet returned to Chennai. Further details are awaited.

Titled, Paattu, the film will be directed by the hit filmmaker Alphonse Putheran who debuted with Neram ( Tamil -Malayalam) and  became a household name after the blockbuster Malayalam film Premam ( Nivin Pauly, Sai Pallavi).  Although Putheran had announced the making of the film with Fahadh, a few months ago,  only now the heroine's name has been officially announced. Actor Dhanush  will be part of Netflix's most ambitious international Hollywood project, The Gray Man, starring Ryan Gosliing and Chris Evans.  The film is to be directed by the iconic Hollywood Joe and Anthony Russo, of Avengers Captain America fame. The film is an action thriller based on Mark Greaney's 2009 novel of the same name, based on a freelance assasin and a CIA operative. Netflix sent fans into a tizzy as they announced on Twitter, "THE GRAY MAN cast just got even better.  Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura, Dhanush, and Julia Butters will join Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, and Ana de Armas in the upcoming action thriller from directors Anthony and Joe Russo." He has earlier directed the film Sathuram2. 'Production No 8'  will also feature Nasser, Munishkanth, Kalakka Povathu Yaaru fame Yogi and  Ravi Maria. On the technical side, the film will have  Praveen handling the camera and Bobo Sashi scoring the music. Editing will be by Rahul and art direction  by Durairaj.

 by Rinku Gupta Close on the heels of his birthday yesterday,  12th December, Superstar Rajinikanth has departed for Hyderabad today.  He will be joining the cast  of Siruthai Siva's Annaatthe.  The shoot  re-commences on December 15th, after a long break due to the lockdown. The film, produced by Sun Pictures, stars Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Meena, Khushboo, Prakash Raj, Soori and Satish amongst others. The buzz is that Rajinikanth wants to complete the remaining 40 percent  portion of the shoot in one go, before his political party name announcement on December 31st.  Sun Pictures wished the Superstar yesterday  on social media along with a video announcement by  director Siva about the recommencement of the  shoot.
