Movie Review: Sweety Naughty Crazy

Thrigun plays  Shiva, a young college student who meets a fresher, Anitha, ( Srijitha Ghose) in his college and falls in love. The duo decide to get married.

Before his wedding he confesses to his girlfiend that he had hook ups with his tuition teacher ( Ineya) and another time with an older woman ( Radha).

To his utter shock, when he goes to his  rich in-laws home  in a hillstation, after the court wedding, he discovers that the teacher and the older aunty are none other than his sister-in-law and mom-in-law.

What happens next? Does he reveal the truth to his bride?

The film is an adult comedy with loads of double meaning dialogues meant to elicit laughter. True to it's genre, the film also has titillating shots. However, the making has good locations (especially in the second half), pleasant visuals and sound production values.

Thambi Ramaiah and Sathyan's presence in the second half adds value thanks to their witty, (albeit double meaning) counters. Brahmanand's and Chaams' act also adds to the entertainment factor. Ravi Mariya too has a brief role taking the story forward.

Thrigun is well cast as the youthful  lover and  husband caught between three women and delivers a neat performance.

Ineya and Srijitha do full  justice to their roles.

Overall the film lives up to its suggestive title sticking to its genre, playing on words, witty counters,  slapstick humor, topical references, a good cast, neat performances and overall light -hearted tone.
