 by Rinku Gupta Tamannaah will be reprising the role of Tabu in the hit Hindi film Andhadhun's Telugu remake. Nabha Natesh will do Radhika Apte's role while Nithin is the hero. Ayushman Khurrana had played the role of a blind pianist in the Hindi version. Produced by Sreshth Movies, it is to be directed by Merlapaka Gandhi. This is an official remake and will go to the floors from November. Mahati Swara Sagar handles music,  Tagore Madhu presents the film and Hari K Vedanth will crank the camera.  The film is tentatively called production no.6. It willno doubt  be an interesting challenge for Tamannaah to take up the meaty role role with so many shades for which Tabu won both acclaim and awards.

 By Rinku Gupta Director Vignesh Shivan celebrated his birthday today with lady love, Nayanthara. The lovebirds are in Goa where Nayan recently celebrated her mom's birthday as well. Today, birthday vibes were in the air, as Nayan went all out to make Vignesh's evening special.  A music band,  a dancer, 3 different kinds of special cakes, were all part of the evening celebrations at the resort in Goa. Nayan seemed to be lending her special finishing touch to the cake and was enjoying clicking pics of her beau as the evening unfolded. Wishes poured in for Vignesh from industry folks, on social media.  We wish Vignesh a wonderful year ahead!

The announcement was made today, on the birthday of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. In a press release, Lyca said, "As mark of it's love and respect for the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on his 70th birthday, Lyca Productions chairman, Subaskaran, is privileged to present the Tamil version of the special feature film Karmayogi , along with legendary film maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film which has been made depicting the formative years and teenage life of the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, is produced by Mahaveer Jain and is directed by Ssanjay Tripaathy, with Music by Shan Hada. The music of the film will be released by Divo. This special film will be releasing soon."

With ‘Chellamma’ and ‘Nenjame’ becoming overnight chartbusters, the team has good news now. The dubbing works of Doctor commenced this morning, September 17, with a formal ritual ceremony in Chennai.  The team made sure all the hygiene factors were strictly followed including social distancing and sanitization. Bankrolled by Sivakarthikeyan’s SK Productions in association with Kotapadi J Rajesh of KJR Studios, ‘Doctor’ is directed by Nelson (Kolamaavu Kokila fame) with Kalai Arasu as the co-producer. Director Anandamurthy is all smiles as he makes the announcement,  "We are excited to inform Tamil film fans that “Sinam” won the “Best Director Jury Award” for a Short film at the Toronto Tamil ( International ) Film Festival! What could be more exciting than a “Jury Award” to be celebrated! He thanked the team of Sinam and the Toronto Tamil International Film Festival  organisers for the Jury Award. The lead of the film is played by Sai Dhanshika & Bidita Bag. The films producer is Nesan Thirunesan of London based “Nesan Creations”. " The music is by G.V. Now, Nayan flew her family to Goa,  to ring in her mother, mrs Omana Kurian's birthday there at a grand bash.  Also spotted at the resort party was Vignesh's mother as well.  Here are pics of  the holiday bash in Goa taken by Vignesh Shivan.
