Atharvaa Murali's brother Akash weds Vijay's neice Sneha Britto

Two eminent families of the Tamil film industry – The family of the late veteran actor Murali and producer Xavier Britto celebrated came together for a happy occasion.




Actor Atharvaa Murali’s younger brother Akash and producer Xavier Britto’s daughter, director Sneha Britto, entered wedlock on August 24. Sneha is the neice of actor Vijay. She directed a film titled Sattam Oru Irrutarai few years ago.

The ceremony, a private affair, was held between 3 pm to 4 pm at a private resort in Thirukazhukundram on the ECR in Chennai, and was attended by family members and close friends with all safety precautions and measures in place



Sharing the news, Atharvaa Murali and Xavier Britto said in a joint statement “We are extremely elated to announce that the wedding ceremony took place successfully with the blessings and wishes of everyone in the family. We wanted to make this occasion more joyful as an everlasting memory for both our families by inviting everyone but couldn’t carry on accordingly due to the pandemic issues. Eventually, it forced us to conduct this ceremony as a private affair with just our family members and friends taking part. But, we are anxiously looking forward to the best occasion of inviting every member of the film fraternity, media and press friends and well-wishers for the reception, which we are planning to host once the situation gets back to normal. We also solicit the blessings of one and all in their everlasting journey of togetherness ”.
